What to do if my payment is successful but my subscription is still inactive?

Do not panic. Follow the instructions given below:

Refresh HeroTalkies page. Now login using your subscribed mail id. Make sure you use the email id registered with HeroTalkies.

If the issue persists, please send your subscribed e-mail id and also attach the payment invoice that we had sent during your payment to support@herotalkies.com. We will respond as soon as possible.
